  2. Our services are advisory in nature. While we provide expert guidance, the final decisions and responsibility for their implementation rest solely with the Client. We do not provide legal or tax advice that constitutes a formal legal or tax opinion.
  3. All information provided on the website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal offer of service or professional advice. An engagement is only formed upon the signing of a contract.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse service to any potential client at our discretion, without the need to provide a reason.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User

  3. All intellectual property, including reports, analyses, and strategies, developed by Global Bridge Advisors GmbH during an engagement remains our property. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these materials for their internal business purposes only.
  4. The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and methodologies shared by Global Bridge Advisors GmbH during the course of an engagement.
  5. The Client shall not reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials provided by us to any third party without our prior written consent.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service from which the claim arises. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits.
  2. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
  3. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Vienna, Austria.
