We help you with marketing, making customers happy, and building a good name for your business. We aim to give you practical steps to stand out and get more clients for your home protection services. We're not selling warranties ourselves; we're helping you sell yours better.

Our Services Explained

When you work with us, you'll get advice on things like:

What We Ask From You

For us to help you best, we need a few things from your side:

• Honest Information: Tell us clearly about your business, your goals, and any problems you face.
• Timely Feedback: We'll ask for your thoughts and input. Give it to us when you can so we can move forward.
• Payment on Time: We'll agree on prices upfront. Please pay for our services as we agreed, often in PLN.
• Cooperation: Our advice works best when we work together. Be ready to try new things and follow through.

How Payments Work

Before we start any big project, we will give you a clear quote, often in Polish Złoty (PLN), for our services. For some services, like our 'Starter Strategy Session', there's a set fee. For larger projects, we'll talk through everything and agree on a payment schedule. Payments are usually made by bank transfer. We believe in clear pricing, so you always know what to expect. No hidden costs or surprises, just like you'd expect from a solid business in Gdańsk.

Keeping Your Business Information Private

We understand that your business information is important and sensitive. We promise to keep everything you share with us confidential. This means we won't share your business secrets, customer lists, or marketing plans with anyone outside of our team unless you give us specific permission. Your trust is very important to us, just like a good neighbor in Poznań keeps things private.

What We Are (And Are Not) Responsible For

We give you advice and tools, but we can't guarantee specific results. Business success depends on many things, including how you implement our advice and market conditions in Poland. We are here to guide you, but the final decisions and the day-to-day running of your business are yours. We won't be responsible for any losses or problems that come from implementing (or not implementing) our advice. We do our best to help you, but you understand there are risks in any business endeavor, especially in a competitive market like Wrocław or Kraków.

If These Terms Change

Sometimes we might need to update these terms. Maybe our services change, or new business practices come up. If we make any big changes, we'll put the updated terms on our website and change the 'Last Updated' date. It's a good idea to check back here sometimes to see if anything is different.
